Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Production and shipping times may vary based on product complexity, order volume, and shipping conditions. We will communicate any significant delays.
Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, products are shipped Ex Works (EXW) from our facility in Shanghai, China. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
Inspection
Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Failure to report issues promptly may affect warranty claims and return eligibility.
Returns & Warranty
Return Policy
Standard products in original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee. Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective. Shipping costs for returns are the customer responsibility.
Product Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in your product documentation. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We will assess the claim and provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
